In 2008, the Flow Fund Circle began collaborating with three different collectives who showed wisdom, generosity of spirit and community leadership. These collectives, Beyond Boundaries, The Tipping Point Network, and The International Council of Thirteen Indigenous Grandmothers received funds to give away for a three year period.
